I have been inspired by the beautiful images and colours found in nature and I hope you enjoy my work. Although I paint a variety of subjects, the joy I find in taking a piece from just an idea to a finished work is always the same. Layers of transparent colour combine with light and texture to give my paintings a realistic feeling.

As an artist, I am always looking for new directions to take my work and each new season brings new opportunity for interpreting the world around us.
